Dr. Amina Goodwin, MD is a double board certified Internal Medicine doctor with over 25 years of experience treating some of the sickest patients in the hospital, then following many of those same patients afterward in clinic to see what actually helped them get well long term. That experience became the BEAM Blueprint, her framework for treating metabolic conditions like type 2 diabetes and prediabetes naturally, helping patients significantly reduce their medication doses and, when caught early enough, come off them altogether.

Today she runs a virtual metabolic and functional health practice, Whole Health Solutions, seeing patients for prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, weight loss, PCOS/PMOS, advanced peptide therapy, and second opinions. She is licensed in Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana, Idaho, Oregon, and Antigua & Barbuda.
