Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to www.aminagoodwinmd.com, www.wholehealthsolutionspllc.com, and www.beaminghealthbook.com (the "Sites"), and to our emails, online community, quizzes, webinars, books, and digital products.
1. Who We Are
The Sites are operated by Dr. Amina Goodwin, MD and Whole Health Solutions PLLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Whole Health Solutions PLLC is Dr. Goodwin's virtual (telehealth) medical practice.
2. Patient Health Information Is Covered by a Separate Notice
If you become a patient of Whole Health Solutions PLLC, the health information we create or receive while caring for you is "protected health information" under HIPAA. How we use and protect that information is explained in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you will receive when you become a patient. If this Privacy Policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices ever conflict about your patient information, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.
Information you share on our public Sites, in our online community, or through our educational products is generally not covered by HIPAA. We still treat it with care, as described below.
3. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the state where you live.
- Answers you share in our quizzes, scorecards, surveys, and forms, including our consultation request form. Some answers may include health details, such as your blood sugar numbers, symptoms, or the main health problem you want help with.
- Purchase details, such as what you bought and your billing address. Card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processors, not by us.
- Account and community details, such as your login, profile, and anything you post in our online community.
- Messages you send us by email, contact form, or social media.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Sites, we and our service providers automatically collect some technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, links you click, and the website that sent you to us. We collect this with cookies and similar tools. Some of our Sites use analytics and advertising tools, such as Microsoft Clarity and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how visitors use the Sites and to measure our ads.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide what you asked for, such as a free guide, quiz results, a book, a membership, or a reply to your message.
- To respond to consultation requests and manage our waitlist.
- To process payments and manage your account and subscriptions.
- To send you emails and, if you agree, text messages about our content, products, and services.
- To improve our Sites, content, and services.
- To keep our Sites safe and to prevent fraud.
- To follow the law and protect our legal rights.
5. How We Protect Health Details You Share
We know health details are personal. We use the health details you share in quizzes and forms only to give you your results, respond to your request, and improve our educational content. We do not sell your health details, and we do not use them to target you with ads. We share them only with service providers who help us run the Sites, and only as needed to do that work.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as Kajabi (website, email, courses, and community), payment processors such as Stripe, secure video and scheduling tools, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our patients, visitors, or us.
- Business changes, such as a merger or sale of our business, in which case your information would stay protected by this Privacy Policy.
- With your permission, in any other case.
7. Your Choices

- Text messages: If you agreed to receive texts, reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing.
- Cookies: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Sites may not work well without them. You can also adjust your ad settings on Facebook and other platforms.
- Your information: You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
8. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this Privacy Policy, or as long as the law requires. Patient medical records are kept as required by state and federal law.
9. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send detailed health information through regular email, contact forms, or social media. Patients will be given a secure way to share health information.
10. Children
Our Sites are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our Sites link to other websites, such as Amazon, YouTube, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies.
