How To Lose Weight Like A Superhero

He claimed that he enjoys working with "weight loss virgins." Weird, huh? But he said was pure gold!

Losing muscle is the Big Mistake.

People who attempt to reduce weight quickly, lose muscle mass in addition to fat. Think of your muscles as the body's equivalent of a superhero. Losing them causes the weight to return, sometimes even more, like running out of fuel.

It is estimated that the average woman in America goes on eight diets per year!  So they are experiencing small bits of muscle loss eight times a year! It's comparable to a long trip where you run out of fuel eight times!

So, how can a superhero lose weight?

Eat well: Your body enjoys using veggies, beans, seafood, and meat as fuel for its superpowers. You feel amazing and remain powerful thanks to them!

Healthy beverages to consume include water, tea, and simple coffee (forget those flavored Starbucks syrups!), which act as your body's internal energy boosters.

Get Moving: Walking resembles taking baby-sized superhuman steps. Step forward with one foot at a time!

Think Long Term: It takes time to develop into a weight-loss superhero. You'll notice the changes if you have patience. Feeling impatient? Limit your intake of added sugar and you can feel better very quickly!

Take Baby Steps: Every long trip begins with one step. You'll soon realize how far you've come if you keep going.
